Event info

The concert arena opens at approximately 5pm. We will publish stage times on this website closer to the time of the event, all timings are approximate.

Concerts normally finish between 10.30pm and 10.45pm. Live music will not continue beyond 11pm.

The majority of our customers will be arriving by car over a staggered period. In some cases it may take over an hour to exit the car parks safely due to the number of vehicles leaving at the same time.

Thank you in advance for your patience as our traffic marshals work to get everyone in and out as quickly and safely as possible.

Concerts will go ahead regardless of weather, except in extreme conditions where the venue is deemed unsafe or unfeasible to hold the event.

We advise all customers to wear suitable clothing and footwear for an outdoor event. Unfortunately, we do not permit umbrellas to be taken into the arena. We recommend bringing a raincoat.

Our concerts are only cancelled in extreme circumstances. Every effort is made to proceed with the event, but if there is a need to cancel, customers will be contacted via text message and email.

Information will also be published on this website and via our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter

Tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by the organisers. See terms and conditions for full details.

A fully licensed bar and a variety of food and drink outlets are available at all venues. Bar and food outlets accept card payments only.

A ‘challenge 25’ policy is in operation at the bar. You may be asked to present your ID when purchasing alcohol. Acceptable forms of ID are passport, driving licence or the government proof of age scheme card. If you do not have ID when challenged, you will not be served.

Food vendors cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets. We encourage you to discuss any allergies or intolerance with the food vendors on site.

Seating is not provided or reserved. You are welcome to bring blankets or small single folding chairs, but you will not be permitted to bring these into the standing-only area directly in front of the stage.

Please be aware, the audience may choose to stand throughout the event in any part of the arena. You cannot claim a spot with chairs or blankets and leave it unattended.

We provide screens at all our forests to enhance your concert experience and help you to see all the on-stage action close-up!

There is no re-admission once you have left the venue, except due to medical exemption or a medical emergency.

The Forest Live events are all open air and are not classed as enclosed spaces where it would be illegal to smoke or ‘vape’. Whilst smoking and vaping is permitted, we would expect all our customers to behave responsibly and to be considerate to others customers.

Forestry England operates a ‘no drugs’ policy. You may be searched and anyone seen to be in possession of drugs or psychoactive substances / so-called ‘legal highs’, risks being ejected from the venue and reported to the police.

Laser and strobe lighting may be used at some events. Check the forest pages for more details, or if you have any accessibility concerns, please see our Forest Live Access Statement.

We will not be showing any major sporting events at our Forest Live concerts.
