Find out about accessible facilities at each forest venue

We are committed to providing an excellent standard of accessible facilities to all customers who require them, due to a disability or health condition.

Cannock Chase Forest

Accessible blue badge parking must be pre-booked. A charge of £10 applies and a blue badge should be displayed on arrival alongside your parking ticket.

This is provided within the main car park and the surface is grass. The designated accessible arena entrance is situated 100m from the accessible blue badge car park along a grass path.

Customers with access needs due to a disability or health condition, are advised not to purchase Cannock priority parking, as accessible blue badge parking can be booked for £10 per car and is a similar distance to the accessible arena entrance as from the priority parking area.  

A raised accessible viewing platform is provided for customers who are wheelchair users, or have health conditions or other disabilities where they have to remain seated for long periods of time. This is situated approximately 70m from the accessible entrance on a grass surface. All places on the accessible viewing platform must be pre-booked. The platform is located approximately 75m from the stage to the right. The platform has a non-slip surface and is double level, with access ramps. 

A grass viewing area is provided alongside the viewing platform for customers who have health conditions or other disabilities and need a less crowded area and access to the accessible toilets. There will not be an unrestricted sight line of the stage in this area, as there will be customers in front of the grass viewing area who are likely to be standing up.  All places in the grass viewing area must be pre-booked. 

There is no raised viewing platform or dedicated accessible grass viewing area in The Glade VIP area. Access to The Glade VIP is via un-even ground. 

Registered assistance dogs are permitted, but the live sound may disturb them. No other dogs are allowed on site.

Lasers and strobe lighting may be used as part of the performance.

Accessible toilets are located on the ground to the side of the raised viewing platform.

Additional accessible toilets are available to use before the arena opens, located outside the arena near the accessible parking area. 

The main drop off and pick up point is 550m (approx.10 min walk) from the arena. The path is crushed stone and short-mown grass.

Customers with additional access needs, who are arriving by taxi or personal lift, must contact us in advance, so suitable arrangements can be made for drop off and collection.

Delamere Forest

Accessible blue badge parking must be pre-booked. A charge of £10 applies and a blue badge should be displayed on arrival alongside your parking ticket.

This is provided within the main car park and the surface is tarmac. The designated accessible arena entrance is situated 300m from the accessible car park, along a compacted gravel path.

A raised accessible viewing platform is provided for customers who are wheelchair users, or who have health conditions or other disabilities where they have to remain seated for long periods of time. This is situated 50m from the accessible entrance on natural grass. There is an incline up a slope to the platform. The platform is located approximately 75m from the stage.  All places on the accessible viewing platform must be pre-booked. The platform has a non-slip surface and is double level, with access ramps. 

A grass viewing area is provided alongside the raised platform for customers who have health conditions or other disabilities and need a less crowded area and access to the accessible toilets.The grass surface will be un-even. Due to the topography of Delamere this area is not recommended for wheelchair users.  Wheelchair users should book space on the raised viewing platform.  

There will not be an unrestricted sight line of the stage in the grass viewing area, as there will be customers in front of the grass viewing area who are likely to be standing up.  All places in the grass viewing area must be pre-booked.

Accessible toilets are located on the ground to the side of the raised platform.

Additional accessible toilets and a Changing Places facility are located at the visitor centre, approximately 250m from the accessible entrance along a compacted gravel path and hard standing concrete pathway.

The main drop off and pick point is approx 20 minute walk from the concert arena along a dedicated lit forest track.

Customers with additional access needs, who are arriving by taxi or personal lift, must contact us in advance, so suitable arrangements can be made for drop off and collection.

High Lodge, Thetford Forest

Accessible blue badge parking must be pre-booked. A charge of £10 applies and a blue badge should be displayed on arrival alongside your parking ticket.

This is provided within the main car park and the surface is a combination of loose crushed stone and tarmac. The designated accessible arena entrance is situated 275m from the accessible blue badge car park, along a compacted gravel path and hard standing concrete pathway.

Customers who have booked accessible blue badge parking should follow the directional vehicle signage for Accessible Parking, accessed via the main High Lodge entrance on the B1107. (Please do not use the Mayday entrance on the B1106 if you have booked accessible blue badge parking.)

This is situated 50m from the accessible entrance on natural grass. The platform is located 75m from the stage.  All places on the accessible viewing platform must be pre-booked. Westonbirt Arboretum

Accessible blue badge parking must be pre-booked. A charge of £10 applies and a blue badge should be displayed on arrival alongside your parking ticket.

Follow event signage to Westonbirt Arboretum and then follow directions to accessible parking or advise a steward who will direct you. The car park surface is grass.

The designated accessible arena entrance is situated up to 120m from the accessible blue badge car park along a grass surface.

Limited wheelchair hire is available. This must be pre-booked. 

A raised accessible viewing platform is provided for customers who are wheelchair users, or have health conditions or other disabilities where they have to remain seated for long periods of time. This is situated 50m from the accessible entrance on a grass surface. The platform is located approximately 75m form the stage. All places on the viewing platform must be pre-booked. The platform has a non-slip surface and is double level, with access ramps.

A grass viewing area is provided alongside the viewing platform for customers who have health conditions or other disabilities and need a less crowded area and access to the accessible toilets. There will not be an unrestricted sight line of the stage in this area, as there will be customers in front of the grass viewing area who are likely to be standing up.  All places in the grass viewing area must be pre-booked.

The grass surface will not be perfectly flat; this surface may be uneven. 

There is no raised viewing platform or dedicated accessible grass viewing area in The Glade VIP area. Access to The Glade VIP is via un-even ground. 

Registered assistance dogs are permitted, but the live sound may disturb them. No other dogs are allowed on site.

Laser and strobe lighting may be used as part of the performance.

Accessible toilets are located on the ground to the side of the raised platform.

Additional accessible toilets are available to use before the arena opens, located outside the arena near the accessible blue badge parking area.

The main drop off and pick up point is 400m from the arena. The footpath surface is tarmac and crushed stone.
